    I register as an exhibitor for the FiMM symposium held at 25th January 2018. The costs for participating as an exhibitor are € 650,- (21% VAT excludes). The price includes lunch and participation of two persons.

    We use the principle "first-come-first-served".

    Exhibition space

    Every stand has a maximum space of 2 x 4 metres with 2 tables. The size of one table is 1.40 x 0.80 m. The height of the side and rear walls can be up to 2.35 m. Wi-Fi is free available.

    Payment and cancellation conditions FiMM

    In case of cancelation 28 days before the symposium, we charge € 150,- (21% VAT excluded). The whole amount has to be paid in case of cancellation within 28 days before the symposium.
